我是一名真心热爱《战争雷霆》的普通学生玩家。我没有任何违规行为，从未开挂，更没有进行过任何形式的账号买卖。这个账号是我唯一的精神寄托，里面倾注了我无数个日夜的汗水、精力和对这款游戏纯粹的热爱。 然而就在最近，我的账号突然被恶意冻结，报错代码 8111000E。而官方客服 Tatiana 扣在我头上的罪名，竟然是荒谬的“售卖账号”！ 事情的真相让人愤怒且绝望：我因为在外地上学没有电脑，偶尔会去现实中所谓的“朋友/同学”家里玩，并在他的电脑上通过我自己的手机 2FA（双重验证）登录了我的账号。我万万没有想到，这个所谓的熟人、这个同样玩战雷的玩家，在登入我的账号后，竟然在背后狠狠地背刺了我！他利用同一台电脑登录的硬件日志，自导自演向官方提交了虚假的恶意举报，声称我把账号“卖”给了他。 我发誓，我自始至终没有收到过任何一分钱的转账！我的银行卡、支付宝干干净净，没有一毛钱的商业获利！我是一个彻头彻尾被恶意陷害、被盗用登录权限的受害者！ 我向客服提交了我从2023年至今所有的官方支付宝充值账单、我最初注册时的原始邮箱、以及我这几年来从未变过的电脑硬件配置信息。这些铁证，是任何一个买家或黑客绝对不可能拿得出来的！ 可是，Gaijin 的常规客服 Tatiana 展现出了令人发指的傲慢与冷酷。她对原主人铁一样干净的资金链和历史自证视而不见，却宁可盲目相信一个骗子、一个恶意背刺者单方面伪造的虚假举报
